A Pennsylvania native, Ron joined the music staff in 2006.  Although he sings and plays clarinet and guitar, his obvious passion is enhancing Worship through handbell music. His nearly 40 years of ringing experience have taken him to many states as a handbell clinician, conductor and performer. He is the director of handbells at three Lancaster area churches, and works with approximately 50 ringers on a regular basis, teaching the importance of teamwork and cooperation in using 10–14 ringers to play one instrument (handbell set) well.
